Information we receive
We may receive contact details and player information that a parent or guardian chooses to provide through email, WhatsApp or the external ClassCard booking service.
How it is used
Information is used to answer enquiries, arrange sessions, support registration and communicate relevant academy updates. We do not sell personal information.
External services
ClassCard, WhatsApp and Instagram receive information according to their own privacy terms when you choose to open those services. Google Maps is embedded in the venue section, so Google may receive basic browser and network information when those maps load.
Questions and requests
A parent or guardian can contact the academy to ask about, correct or request deletion of information held directly by NXTGEN. External services apply their own privacy terms.
