I’m incredibly passionate about NXTGEN and what we’re building. For me, it’s always been about creating an environment where young players love coming to football, receive really good coaching and are constantly given the opportunity to improve.
The relationships I build with the players are a massive part of that. Watching them develop as footballers, grow in confidence, compete together and create memories with their teammates is what makes NXTGEN so special to me.
I’m really proud of how far we’ve come, but even more excited about where we’re going.
